Originally arriving on Providenciales as a surveyor in 1966, Bengt is unquestionably the most knowledgeable realtor regarding land acquisition and sales. He is an active Rotarian and an enthusiastic supporter of the Turks & Caicos Football Association, but is happiest poring over an old map with a client or leading them onto a pristine of piece of property.
