The ministry has today released the first inventory Crown Land maps, showing the percentage of crown land remaining on the islands of Providenciales and Grand Turk that can be used for possible future developments. Based on this map, it is found that the majority of land is now held by private ownership. Take a look at this website for the maps as well as other laws in relation to crown land and its allocation www.tcilandinfo.tc .
This means that there are more freehold land which opens up the market for investors to come in and purchase property with clean and clear title.
