Approval has been granted for the extension of the reduction of Stampduty effective April 1st 2009 to June 30th 2009.

Stamp duty on ALL land transactions is now reduced to 6% on Providenciales and 3% in the rest of the TCI until June 30th 2009.

The Ministry of Natural Resources is therefore encouraging the public to capitalize on this one time offer.
